With each session of Circular Breathwork, also called Conscious Connected Breathing, you'll learn how to harness the power of your breath to explore deeper states of mind and release stuck emotions from your nervous system that may be keeping you in a loop of stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, fear, grief or any other negative emotion. This intentional practice uses rhythmic, continuous breathing to quiet the inner critic and over-thinking mind. This practice is done laying on the floor or flat surface. A full Breathwork session includes an introduction to the technique, a demonstration, and is about 30 minutes of working breath, with a rest period for integration of about 20-25 minutes.
