Back by popular demand, Road to Resilience is hosting this in-person Circular Breathwork class for Stress Relief! We all have stuff that's happened to us in our lives. We'll keep having stuff happen to us in our lives. Stress is never going to go away. What can be possibly do about that? You CAN slow yourself down with your breath. It's the one thing in your life that you have absolute control over. So why not harness that power to create some space away from stress? A space that is free from overthinking, being overwhelmed by your to-do list, and listening to the constant news coming at you. You deserve a breather to reset your nervous system.
