Back by popular demand! I'm pleased to announce that Road to Resilience Massage will be hosting another wonderful 90-minute workshop focusing on Circular Breathwork for stress relief. If you've noticed that your nervous system is keeping you trapped in a loop of pain, anxiety, fear, depression, or other negative feelings, this class is a fantastic way to release that "stuck" negative energy. You will leave feeling an increased level of energy, balance, and self-awareness. Wear cozy clothes and bring your yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket. Be prepared to depart with a renewed sense of rejuvenation! Class is limited to 12 participants and will be held in the VCS Community Room. Light refreshments will be served after class.

Join us for this session of Circular Breathwork to release your built up stresses and anxiety. We all have stuff that's happened to us in life, and the stress can make us short tempered and on edge- which can affect every aspect of your life. This session will help guide you back to your inner calm, clarity, and gratitude. This intentional breathwork session will leave you feeling renewed and lighter emotionally, mentally, and physically. You'll be coached through this 75 minute session to quiet the inner critic and slow the overthinking mind. No experience is necessary! People from all over the world have done the online session and replay, and have just as big an experience!
